Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the wall frames

The wall frames must be in their original condition, undamaged, and unused.

Custom-made or personalized wall frames may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards or promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at 
info@brwazgallery.com
 within the specified time frame.

Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

Once we receive the returned wall frame(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges & Returns in Store

if the return is due to our error ( wrong item shipped , defective product ), we will cover the return shipping cost. 

if the return is due to a customer's change of mind or any reason not attributable to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost

All exchanges and returns at Brwaz Gallery are only accepted through our physical store branches.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective wall frame, please notify us immediately.

Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect so we can assess the issue.

We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the return process mentioned above.


8. Exchange Policy

The exchange process is only handled through our branch. The customer must personally bring the order to the branch
exchanges are not available via shipping companies.
